I built my own version of this, couple of brass NPT to barb fittings, a length of air brake rubber line (for the temperature rating), and a 1/4 turn ball valve.
I winterize and de-winterize several times a year, so anything to make life easier is worth it.

2008 F350 King Ranch, 6.4 full delete, studded and tuned. On board air, automatic air levelling
