I noticed yesterday that the track does not face downward when the awning is fully extended. Is this normal? It seems as though it should face down.
Take a look at Campin Muds post in the hybird section, I just had the same observation on the track position. Also, with electic awnings you may have to carefully select the clip style that goes into the track, the endcaps of the awning decrease the amount of access to the track.

Got mine in black from my local RV dealer. You can leave them in the track.

See my posts here on slot placement.


I am trying to get warranty work done on mine. Jayco called Carefree, but they never gave an answer to them. You can see how bad my awning sags unless I roll it up a little bit. That puts the slot up against the fabric and renders it useless.
