Replaced the bathroom fan with a Fantasic fan in our last two units. Haven’t needed to replace the fan in our current unit.

X2 on the Fantastic fan. And while you're at it get one that's reversible and is thermostatically controlled. Then get a MaxxAir Fanmate cover for it so you can leave it open in the rain for fresh air.

I replaced mine with a Vortex II fan. All from the inside in about 30 minutes.

And I agree that a vent cover is a great addition.

I went with the Vortex II also, easy to put up. only snag was fishing the wire and connecting it. I luckily had a spouse who perched on the tub edge and toilet seat holding it up while I got the wires on and the first screw in. Lot easier than doing it alone.

I also agree 100% on the roof vent covers. Keeps it fresher and cooler in there even when the fan is off in storage

Replaced the cheap, noisy fan a Maxxair.

Another vote for Vortex. As was said before - everything is done on the inside of the unit. Easy swap out!

Thanks everyone! found what I need. The fan that came with the trailer is so small and looks like a computer fan.
