Bathroom Sink/Faucet replacement

After she saw how "easy" it was for me (cough, cough) to replace the PIA kitchen island faucet in our 330RSTS, the DW decided it shouldn't be too much for me to replace the despised plastic sink/faucet in the bathroom. She wanted something more "residential", especially in regards to the rubber drain plug provided with the sink.

So after a couple of hours, we now have a new porcelain "residential" sink and Delta gooseneck faucet. I have to admit, now that I can scratch it off my "honey do list", it is a nice upgrade. However, I must figure out a way to make these upgrades appear MUCH MORE difficult than they really are or I will never get a days peace!!!

Here are the before/after pics

Very nice! I replaced/upgraded the faucet in ours but left the sink. My wife saw the pics of your work and noticed the tile back splash in the bathroom and now wants that done. Thanks a lot!

Hey, I had absolutely NOTHING to do with the tile backsplash. It came standard in our 330RSTS. So If I were you, I would just install a backsplash and call it a day. Otherwise, she may be looking at new trailers!!!!

But one of the next items on my "to do" list is to install some "Smart Tiles" to cover up the dark colored bead board in the kitchen. I told here as soon as she saved up the money and bought the supplies, I would get right on it!!!

Is that an off-shelf bathroom sink from HD/lowes?

Yes. Sink is a Glacier Bay Aragon self rimming drop in and faucet is a Delta Southlake 4 inch centerset.

Thank A LOT, Blujay40!!!! you have now been moved to the you know what list. Like TCNashville, I had replaced my bathroom faucet and she was happy. That is until she saw your pictures. Guess what I have to do now before we head out for the first time this upcoming season. You just cost me a day of either shooting or snowmachine riding, and turned it into a day of work.... LOL

Actually, No, DW did not see your kitchen faucet upgrade... I thought I would slide by on that one. However, she saw the VIDEO 'Wanderlust' posted about his kitchen faucet upgrade. Now..... well, he's on that list as well. LMAO.

Norty,

You obviously have never met my DW, or as I like to refer to her during these little "projects", the "supervisor"!

Right back at ya John with the pantry pullouts. Great job! The DW said I could wait on our pantry upgrade until ours is back from the warranty work though which should be sometime early summer. lol.
