Converting dinette to comfortable seating

I am looking for ideas to convert the u-shaped dinette in our 2017 White Hawk 25bhs into something more usable. It is crowded when used as a dinette and it is not comfortable as a couch (with or without the table). I am looking for examples of what others may have done in similar scenarios to create more comfortable seating. If necessary we can use a collapsible table for meals in front of the seating if outdoor conditions don't accommodate outdoor dining.

Note: there is storage beneath all three benches of the dinette. I can afford lose the storage available under the two side benches if necessary but would like to keep the longer storage compartment that is accessible from the outside if at all possible.

Picture is not of my camper but same model and layout.

Any examples or ideas are appreciated!
