Counter Extension Project

Our 29X does not much counter top space. I, originally, bought the CAMCO folding cutting board. Not very stable or very big. I have been combing the internet trying to come up with a solution. I finally went to ebay and found the mounting brackects for a folding dining table, an adjustable leg for a folding dining table and the formica table top. I will have to wait for spring to begin the mod, but I am trying to figure out the size I should make the counter. The top, as it is, is too big to use as a whole. I think the dimensions are 26"X39". I am looking for all suggestions on this mod. I will keep you posted, with pics, as the mod progesses.
