Counter tops

Anyone ever replaced their counter tops? I just bought a 2014 25Rks. Wife wants to replace the bath sink and I figure while I have that out I’ll replace the tops as well as it has a few age spots. Want to eventually replace the kitchen too.
What suggestions on material do you folks have? I want something that has the appearance of solid surface. Don’t care if it’s synthetic or what it is. Don’t want marble because of the expense and weight and I just don’t want to go back with Formica.

For future reference are the counter tops mounted to the cabinet with screws or glued.

Have no idea. Haven’t looked that far into the project.

JAYCO uses/used HI-MACS solid service in the high end units. It seems to be easy to work with using carbide tipped saws and drills.
