Couple of X17Z mods
A simple stovetop cover using 1/4" plywood (probably should have gone with 3/8" ) and 1" sq. dowl stock. Not hinged...but could be.

Plastic storage drawers added on the TV "platform" above the fridge (similar to a configuation I had in the pup...except for the fridge & TV platform).
