I'm not sure using stained pine would be such a good cutting board. Cutting boards are usually Maple (or hardwood of some kind) and not stained. May want to check the Minwax label for safety. Otherwise, looks great! I particularly like the BR end shelves.

Yeah. I doubt there will be much cutting done directly on it. We have a small cutting board for that. Mainly wanted to add to the countertop. Thanks for the input guys.
