Fan-tastic Vent Cover Installation

Went up on the roof to install a Fan-tastic Fan Vent Cover over my Fan-tastic Fan Vent in the bedroom of our Alante......seems the plumbing vent is right beside the vent not allowing enough clearance for the vent cover......sum beach! Anyone else run into this issue?
I guess I will have to do without and install the cover over the bathroom fan.

Had a similar issue on a prior TT.

My MaxxAir cover 'just' fit but the venting louvers where right in front of the black tank stink pipe......, I always had to remember to keep the bath fan vent closed when not running the fan...., with or without the MaxxAir cover. Running the fan in 'reverse' was a major no-no
