Fold down countertop project

We love our 2017 Jayco Jayflight, however; it does lack kitchen countertop space. I first searched for a Jayco countertop product to install but was unsuccessful. I did locate some aftermarket products but also wanted something that appeared to have come from the factory. I ended up building this fold down table with wood from Lowe's, brackets form Amazon and wood stain from Ace Hardware for an approximate cost of $30. Overall I'm very happy with how it turned out and happy we now have more countertop space. On to the next project.

Good job, looks great! Wish I had a way to do that on ours but between the drawer layout and side storage it can't be done

I'm not sure. That is the standard backsplash for 2017 model.

Do you have a link or model number for the brackets you used? I would like to add something like that on my 195RB.

I purchased the brackets from Amazon. Here is the description:
HOFFEN 2 Pcs Black Paint Folding Shelf Bench Table Folding Bracket, Powder Coated Short Release Arm

I was originally only going to use one, but found that the table rocked a bit from side to side when a single bracket was mounted under the center of the table. I then removed the bracket and installed both at about 4"o.c. and the table is now very solid. I also mounted a square 1/4" thick piece of plywood on the interior side of the cabinet to add some support. I used the Varathane wood stain, dark walnut and very happy with the color match with the rest of the interior cabinetry. We used the trailer a few times now with the coffee maker on it and it's nice and study and worked great. Thanks for the kind reviews.
