Has anyone flipped their axels to gain clearance?

I have a Jay Flight 22FB. Already had an oops with my front stabilzers because of the low clearance. I've read where this is an issue with Jaycos. Has anyone flipped their dual axels? How much clearance did you achieve? HELP

Are those Torflex axles or standard leaf spring axles? If they are Torflex they can't be flipped. Some models had a lift kit option.

I did the Spring over on mine. I welded a new perch on the top of the axles the moved the springs on top of the axles. I gained close to 5+” of clearance but I also had to get a new set of stairs to make up for the clearance.

You should fine on a JayFlight. A 5th wheel can have height issues when flipping axels.
Just make sure you know how high you will be when finished.

Here are some pics of a similar size 22BHM with the factory Baja package. This should give you some idea of where you will be after the axle flip. I am also including a pic of the factory suspension setup. (Please excuse all of the grass in my pictures. I haven't moved the trailer yet this season.)

On Edit, I'm not sure why the measurement pics are upside down. I apologize for that.
