Head Banger in The Hawk

This little cabinet door that covers the controls has got to go. We've both hit our head on it coming in the door. I try not to leave it open, but every now and then ...

4 screws and it's gone.

But where will you hang your keys?

Maybe change your habit.... I open the door, do what I have to then close it.

Although, being just under 5'9" and SWMBO is around 5'3" we have to jump to hit our heads on it.

Nah, just espousing the advantages of the verticallly challenged!

The rest of you will just have to learn to adapt.

You can buy self closing cabinet door hinges in the same colour and style. Might solve your problem.

I'm going to remove the door. I'm not bothered by the aesthetics of the buttons. I know it's a trailer.

I moved the switches for the lights to the wall below the cabinets. That way the only reason it should be open is to check the tank/battery levels or to deal with the awning/slide. It just made more sense.
