Home built tongue jack blocks

Hey all since the purchase of our 314BDS last week I realized the height needed to raise both the TT and TV when hitching and unhitching is very high. I had to use all sorts of blocks and such when I got home to support the TT. So, I made my own adjustable blocks settup using 4"x6" treated lumber. Kinda going off a lincoln log idea.
The block interlock and provide a rock solid, stable platform for the tongue jack. I can go from 4" to 20+".
Thought I'd share a pic. I read the idea somewhere, just can't remember where.

We like the idea. I'm not sure why I can't visualize this via the pic you posted. Could you take a pic when you actually use mulitple blocks? Can you get a pic at an angle where it shows the blocks interlocking? Thanks Jon!!!

Yep, Ill try tonight. To explain further, I took a 4x6 by 8 foot and cut into 16" sections. Then I notched them in the middle to lock together (think the short lincoln logs). So in the pic there are six blocks stacked atop each other.
I liked this because each block is light weight and I'm not lugging around concrete blocks as well as I can adjust the height easily.

I'll get some pics of them seperated and then going together.

Nicely done... I'm looking at building something for the tongue jack as well...

I'm realizing the same thing it takes a lot of lifting to get that beast hitched/unhitched...

Just an update. We've used the blocks 3 times this fall and they work great. Very stable and adjustable. If you go to build some just remember you can't cut them half the depth on each block or each row will lay flat. you have think in 1/3. (Now this excludes the bottom row as you want the bottom "X" to lie flat. Make sense?
