Hot water compartment.I

I was replacing the floor plywood and pick and peel tile. I removed the fresh water holding tank and plumbing because we do full book up no camping without water, sewef ,electric and cable.
When I removed the water heater to replace the floor i was surprised how dirty this compartment was. I used rubber base spray paint in white. I did put the pump back in to use it to winterize it. Now the compartment is nice clean and bright.

We boondock a fair amount (wish it was more), and with our water heater location, we tend not to use it. We tend to heat a teapot full of water on the stove for our hot water needs.

What do you have for a camper?

Curious, if you removed the plumbing including the FW tank, what is the purpose of the water pump? What do you have to winterize?

Happy camping

We never use the storage tank. When I was replacing the floor i decided to clean up the compartment and reduce the extra plumming. It looks nice and easy to clean. Painting the compartment lightened up the area .

We spend the winter in Florida and we are spoiled. I ask people if they camp with no hookups and very few people at Fort Wilderness do. If you like that type of camping do it and enjoy your camper.life is short!
I also removed my stove. We never used it and we needed more storage space. I replaced the counter top and purchased a hot plate. We just use propane to beat our water our hybrid is a 2007 and the value of this camper is low so my wife and I decided to rip it apart and make what we need the results have been fantastic and we spent very titles monet.

I use the water pump to push the antifreeze through the lines.
