How to secure items in vanity?

What are you all doing to secure items in bathroom vanity. I am tired of my items always falling out the first time I open it up after traveling somewhere. I was thinking some sort of mini cargo net but having no luck finding any at local stores. Thanks in advance.

We use these. Seems to hold everything nice & snug so far. You can also pickup correct size Curtain Rods from some of the Big Box stores.

Or these.

I take everything out and wrap it in a towel in the sink. I dont think mine is deep enough to use the spring bars that are posted

The Camco Bars are 10", should fit in most Vanity Boxes. I have placed them at angles and/or Crisscrossed and they still hold well.

I use those in every cupboard but for the medicine cabinet I use small containers that everything fits snugly into and some mesh on the bottom that the containers kind of stick to.

I seem to recall where someone had glued (hot melt?) small, clear, corner protectors at the front of the shelf. I found this pic on Amazon, but home improvement stores may have them in stock.
