Inside Steps

Has anyone modified their inside steps in their fiver? DW has mobility issues, and after climbing the step to the bathroom/bedroom area too many times has a great deal of knee pain. Our fiver has only one step from the main floor up to the raised area. The first step is a 9" step up, from there to the raised bathroom/bedroom area is an 8" step

24 hours in a day, 24 beers in a case. Coincidence? I think not.

I know you asked about inside steps and I can't help you there, but the outside steps I can suggest an improvement from the OEM steps. I have knee and back issues as well and GlowStep Revolution | scissor steps connect RV to ground level for towables, fifth wheels and side entry campers | Torklift International was a major improvement for me. I went from 3 entry steps to 4 and the rise between each step is less. Also the steps are stable with no diving board effect since the bottom step has two adjustable feet that go to the ground. Rock solid and no portable bottom step needed to carry around.
