Installed: EquaFlex Equalizers and Goodyear Endurance!

It was a long day. I coached a willing tire shop through upgrading my suspension with EquaFlex Equalizers for tandem axles and Lippert's "Never Fail," self-lubricating polymide bushings with lifetime warranty. Also mounted my new, load range D, made-in-the-USA Goodyear Endurance trailer tires. Then I test drove the rig for about 75 miles in highway conditions. The combination of new tires with suspension upgrades definitely made a difference you can feel. Here are some before and after pics.

Is the installation of the EquaFlex Equalizers easy task? Do you need any particular tools?

thanks!

provide link where you purchased the EquaFlex from? Looking to do the same but having problem finding this setup as I also have the "easy ride" axles.

Thanks

I don't want to be a "doggie downer" but the Never Fail bushings and shackle straps failed me after 18 months and 12000 miles. Better make sure you document the installation and especially that the proper torque was used cuz they'll want that if they fail. I decided not to reinstall the Never Fail (because why would I?) and decided to go with MORryde wet bolts and shackle straps that were easily twice as thick as the Never Fail. I only mention all of this cuz I was proud as punch when I initially installed the Never Fail (probably can do a search here). Anyhow, here are a couple pictures.

I remember a post where the “Never Fail” bushings did. May have been Trout, don’t remember who, but not important. I was either contemplating or had just ordered my wet bolts.
I went the wet bolt route. There’s something gratifying about shooting grease into a moving part.
