Installed MorRyde Wet Bolt Kit

The suspension on our Pinnacle has been squeaking quite a bit lately so I decided to do some preventative maintenance and install a MorRyde Wet Bolt Kit.

Upon removal of the right side hardware I found the rear spring did not have a plastic bushing in the front side of the spring.
The other spring bushings were in pretty good shape but the missing one shown no evidence of ever having a bushing.
I finished installing the Wet Bolt Kit with bronze spring bushings on the right side then pulled the brake drums / hubs to inspect the brakes.
I found the Right Rear Brake has a broken Self Adjuster Spring that holds the Self Adjuster Arm in place and keeps the Adjuster Cable tensioned.
I will have to get the Spring kit and repair it at some point in the future.
Our Pinnacle is still under warranty but the spring kit is not very expensive and the closest dealer is approx. 100 miles away, at $4.00 a gallon for diesel it us much cheaper to just do this minor repair myself.

I completed the Wet Bolt Kit install on left side and found no more missing spring bushings.
I removed the brake drums / hubs and inspected the left side, no broken brake hardware found.
Upon removing the left rear brake drum / hub I found some grease on the brake hardware and brake shoes.
I cleaned up the grease and installed a new hub seal.

Will not be moving again till after Memorial Day weekend.

Do not really expect much ride difference, should not have the squeaking in the suspension now!

Also thinking about upgrading from the factory installed MorRyde CRE3000 suspension to the MorRyde SRE4000.

If I upgrade to the SRE4000, will probably put the CRE3000 on BIL's Jayco Eagle.

As I am a nurse I have no idea the difficulty of the install. Are there special tools or jacks used??
To me it looks like a good installation.

It takes a good bottle jack, some basic hand tools and some muscle to get the hardware loose

I have a impact gun for the tire lug nut removal which makes things easier
I also have the Reico Titan leveling system on our 5th wheel so I can lift and support the whole 5th wheel off the ground, then just use the bottle jack to raise and lower the axle to position it for installation of the wet bolt kit

For me it was not too bad of a install but I do this kind of stuff all the time

Have you added grease to the wheel bearings before by turning the wheel and adding a few pumps of grease? I was wondering how grease got by the seal? I like the idea of greasing the wheel bearings this way but if that's the result than I'd rather take them apart and do it old school. Did you have much wear on your brakes?

We have had our Pinnacle for a year and a half now, we have been fulltime in it since the day we picked it up from RV Direct in Orlando.
We currently have about 12,000 miles on it and I have never added grease to the hub with a grease gun or done any type of wheel / hub maintenance.
On our previous Jayco Eagle, we had the same problem, after a few years of use, I pulled the hubs on it for a brake inspection and had one hub leaking grease on the brakes.
