Your pop/beer cases reminded me of the old Coca Cola cases that sat next to the old Coke pop machines. You would put your empty coke bottles in them! I guess good ideas are timeless.

Those cases by the pop machines is where I got the idea......but cheaper and hold more!

And 2edgesword, if I got a patent for every idea I had, I could have been rich and retired by now!

Chuckwagon, the cooktop cover is just a piece of scrap counter top I picked up at Menard's (or maybe it was Bailey's). I just stained the edges so they looked better.
