Jayco Customer Assistance email address

I have seen where some of you have had good luck getting framing and wiring diagrams from Jayco but when I sent an email request using the form on their website I got no response at all.
Can someone please tell me the "magic" email address to use to get the information I need?

They have two customer support email addresses, depending on whether your RV is towable or motorized: service@jayco.com or motorizedservice@jayco.com

But I'd be surprised if they don't reply to your website request. It may take a few days...
