Never did that, but it sounds like a good idea. And maybe put some grease on the wood, as another deterrent. I did have a MH broken into years ago, at a remote storage lot. Someone VERY skinny broke the roof vents, and climbed down inside. They slept in it, and ended up stealing some gear.
If someone really wants in, they'll find a way, but it's good to make it as difficult as you can.
