Great job on your mod. It looks great. The way you split the line and added a
"Y" connector was very smart. It doesn't look like there is a break in the line when the lights are on. I was wondering if your remote would have picked up
the signal from the sensor had you just left it behind the plastic cover in the control panel?

Just reading this post from almost 4 years ago. Just thought I would update and let you know I have done nothing to these lights and the are still working almost 4 years later, and are still stuck in place with over 10k miles on trailer. They have not blown off as someone asked above. I do have 4 leds together that have begun to discolor with only certain color combos. I can live with this but may change that section out in the spring. Still the best mod I've done and much better than the white leds that come installed from Jayco.

I know it has been forever since this thread was created, but what is the second Amazon link on the first post? It doesn't seem to be working.
I am looking to do this mod to a 2010 26BH.
Thanks again!

Link 1 looks like LED strip and controller
Link 3 looks like Y splitter

Link 2 is probably a 6'-10' extension from Y splitter to controller
