Mods so far

Here are some of my first mods. I got my ideas from other people posts, love this forum.
I made an slide awning from corrugated plastic, 3/4" plastic pipe and caps. It just lays in the gutter above the slide.

Nice! I've done the chocks. Want to do the water heater and sewer hose eventually also.
Is your fence post held in place with brackets attached to the frame?

I bought metal strapping similar to what is used on the holding tanks, just narrower. Bolted that to the frame.

How do you keep your "slide awning" from blowing away?

I like your hot water heater and sewer hose mod. How, or what did you connect the fence post to on the trailer?

I keep a bag of different size spring clamps with us. If I think the wind will get hard enough I will just clip it to the gutter. It that doesn't work I will use a bungee cord or strap. Trying to keep it simple.

How is the fence post attached?

I think it is called hanger iron at Lowes. It's similar to the straps around the holding tanks. I wrapped this around the fence post and bolted it to the frame.

Do you recall what size connection was needed to adapt the hose to the hot water heater plug fitting? Nice idea.

And if I can add to the question - where did you get that fitting/nipple? I've looked at both Home Depot and Lowes without success.
