Need some help with my mod

Picking up our 3914 toyhauler this weekend. In the future I will be loading my waverunner in the garage. I am looking at purchasing an ATV winch to load it into the garage but not sure how to run the wiring for the winch in the garage? I am also trying to figure out how to utilize the d-rings in the floor to hold the winch. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I dont think those D rings will be strong enough to hold the winch down over tim. They are there to stabalize your toy during transit. I would consider bolting it to the floor. Power to it.. I would run 0 ga wire from the battery to it for that length of run.

Well we picked up the big boy this weekend. After looking underneath, the tie down rings are bolted through a sheet of metal that I believe will hold the winch while loading the ski. I still have to figure out to hook it up though.

Thanks for the insight.

I have thought of my first mod already and started working on it this afternoon. Being able to see the jack panel when dropping or raising the jacks. Remount the panel and directions on a piece of 13.5 x 15.5 inch hinged to the side panel for storing but being able to swing it around to the front to see it. When done swing it back around to the side panel.
