New backsplash finished

Husband finished my new backsplash before we left for Montana. I really like it.
It added color and interest to kitchen area

Nice. I've been kicking this mod around for years. Did he use the real thing or the panels?
Looks great.

W/ all the banging around these rigs go through, I'd just hang some Smart Tile on the wall.

Looking at the picture, it'd be a nice little upgrade come to think of it.

Thanks so much for the compliments. They are the
Smart tiles we ordered them from Home Depot. Very easy to install
He had them up in a very short time. The trick was to remember to
clean the wall you're using them on really well. Thinking about doing around the bathroom sink area.

Looks great! I think smart tiles are the way to go.
I couldn't see regular tile and mortar holding up for very long.

I really like the colour of the tiles. It goes well with the interior. How much did
this mod cost to do the kitchen, if you don't mind me asking.

My backsplash took 2 1/2 packages. Each package has 6 tiles for this particular
style, so this ran us around $100. It would have been less but as we were
applying under the window we realized that the area wasn't
straight, so those had to be removed. Also not doing the side wall
would affect the cost. I have wanted this since we first got our new tt
so I felt the cost was ok and it should last a very long time.

Very nice! I like the colors. What was on the wall and did you just tile over it?

Thanks for sharing! That looks great! I've been wanting to do this mod since about a week after we brought our trailer home. Other stuff has gotten (and continues to get) in the way, but I might just have to make it a priority...

Enlarged your pic and I can see it looks like the original wall is paneling so I assume you just tiled over it. I was asking because my 5th already has a faux tile backsplash but it is very plain.

We left the original vinyl type wall covering and applied the tiles over it
as long as the surface is smooth and very clean ( the tile package tells what to
use for cleaning) it works great we used TSP? Not sure of the initials Read a lot of reviews and the majority were really good. I seen others on the forums that have used these too, different tile style from my choice, but
still very pretty. These are very easy to clean just wipe and go.

We did that same mod in our last fifth wheel. Kitchen and bathroom. We went with the stainless looking tiles on that one. Too easy not to do really. Nice job on the tiles.

"The ladies of the campers" will really like this mod. It not only is easy to clean
but brings in her personality making the camper really home away from home
It makes me smile when see it

That was one of the first things we did too. Makes a huge difference. Yours looks great! We picked our tile up at lowes.
