New electrical outlet

2016 23mrb jayco
Wife needed an outlet by the stove.(happy wife happy life) so I didn't argue.

Is that on its own breaker? Can’t understand why manufacturers won’t add a dedicated circuit just for the kitchen. I will most likely be doing a similar upgrade also.

Never gave it a thought, pigtailed off the outlet under the counter near the door. Easy to get to so it was a no brainer, I'm old and lazy!!!!

Nice!, We have an outlet by the table. When the table is down for use as a bed the outlet is behind the bed, when the table is up it is by my knees and hard to get to. So adding one 12 inches up sounds doable. Glad to see it can work.

If you tied in under the counter, it is probably protected by an upstream gfci outlet.

Looks great. We have one installed right by the kitchen counter and it makes cooking easy.
