Looks great, no excuse for anybody not seeing the PUP behind! I've done the LED mod on the inside of my TT, haven't ventured to the outside yet.

Thanks Bob! Now that it's dark outside, I just went out to look at them and they are defenitely bright! 16 LED bulbs in each marker light. Gotta love LED's

One thing to keep in mind when switching to LED lighting. Most do not have any kind of reflector for when the lights are off. Most regular trailer lights will reflect at night when they are off. That is why in VA many LED lights are not approved for vehicle use. Personally, I add the retro-reflective DOT highway tape to my rigs for when the lights are off or when you break down....

I agree with you 100%. I plan on putting some reflective material on the rear end of the trailer. I don't want to draw any attention from any of the local law enforcement no matter where I am.

Just curious why you decided to replace the whole fixtures rather than use LED replacement bulbs? That would eliminate the lack of reflectors problem.

I tried a LED replacement bulb in there and it just didn't seem bright enough. I like the look of the all clear LED lighting anyways.

Fair enough and good to know. While I've replaced the interior and porch lights with LED replacement bulbs, I haven't looked into replacing the other exterior bulbs as they seem bright enough as is.
