Outdoor Kitchen Removal

I have a 2018 Talon. I am removing the Outdoor Kitchen area from garage space. Just needing more room and kitchen is rarely used.
My question is what is securing the walls and top? Trying my best not to damage so I can potentially reinstall for resale.

Staples for the outer thin plywood and like 20 screws once you get those off. That top cover looks as if its apart of the top plywood but once unscrewed is slides off to expose the plywood screws. I was just over thinking it lol
