Sometimes you can have too much of a good thing, like the overly bright dining table LED light. A paper bowl cuts the light down to just the perfect setting for a romantic dinner. Held by a couple binder clamps screwed to the panel, the bowl is easily removed when you need more light or run out of bowls for your morning corn flakes.
Go to a camera store you can get gel light covers cut them to the right size and they not only cut down on the light but you can add any color to it you want.
