Removing Dining Table

2015 274 RLTS

Will this void the remainder 10 months? I have contacted Jayco via email but no response.

Also, would move sleeper/sofa in plac of table & chairs. Put another recliner (euro type) & metal dog kennel in place of sofa. Biggest question is the extra weight on the tv/fireplace slideout. Would it cause any damage?

Advice?

Slides are complex and need to be balanced weight wise to ensure the right amount of weight is on the motors/gearing. One of my camping friends made some changes to the furniture which changed the layout/balance and ended up damaging the slide.

As you did, I would recommend reaching out to Jayco for their thoughts of your plans. Make sure you include the weight differences of the changes you are proposing.

Just keep the weight on the axles balanced. Why would Jayco put your warranty in writing? Warranty remains for the original none modified. Any thing you modify or damage is related to you modification will not be covered.....seems logic to me.
