Replaced the thermostat
Just replaced the old thermostat with this digital one.
I like being able to see what the temperature is as well as what I want it set at

Was this a straight-forward swap? Plug-n-play?

Yes it was, the old thermostat was also a Coleman Mach, just not digital.
Same size also but the screw holes didn't line up, so I just made new ones.

You'll be glad you did. Getting rid of the OEM 'guessostat' for the digital was a great improvement.

I hated the one on our popup, the new one in our TT is the same product, I have a sizable order to place with RVupgrades this evening.

I've made two purchases totally around $800.00, I'll place another order this evening for around $250.00, this should complete my purchases other than odds and ends that arise from time to time.

I did the same swap at the end of last season. Tried it a few times during the winter to see how it worked; can't wait to "really" try it! Seems like it will work out great, and temos shouldn't fluctuate as much as before.

It isn't a straight unplug one and plug in the new one but since the thermostats are from the same company the wires are all labeled right to go to the right connection.
So from that point very easy but you are still moving wires. If you are really worried just take a photo before you start or move one wire at a time.

Made the same conversion a couple of days ago. Bought the same unit (but in white) on Amazon - $46.11. While shopping for it, I also saw the analogue version (the one I was replacing) for $56. Makes you wonder why the RV manufacturers are still using the analogue.

Wow!.. That's a good price! + free shipping! Amazon didn't have any last summer when i bought one. I think I paid a little over $60 after shipping from Makarios RV online.
Huge improvement over the analog one. This is one of the best upgrades I've done.
