Replacement Awning Lights

I looked for other threads on this subject because I thought there would be a lot, but I was unable to find anything that matched my situation. The awning lights on my 2015 White Hawk 27DSRL were too bright so I bought and installed a dimmer years ago that had a remote control. It never worked as well as I had hoped but I found a brightness that I liked and just left it that way. All I did was turn it on and off by the switch. I turned it on the other night and only 2 of the leds lit. At this point I don't want to fix it, I want to replace it. Can anyone who has done this give me a link to the product you used and give me any advice from what you learned when you did it? I would like one that comes with a remote that can dim the lights but that's the only feature I think I'd want. Thank you in advance for any information you can give me.
Jeff
