I saw someone elses mod to make a table. They suggested using adjustable paint roller extender hanldles for two outside legs of the table. Remember, your trailler has probably been leveled, but the ground is not... So these allow you to make the table pretty long ( mine is 4 foot) and able to hold quite a bit of weight.

And a note to ranger431 -- someone has finally come up with an easy and inexpensive way to hook the Coleman LXE grill to your quick connect gas line, and even mount it on the side of the trailer if you desire. See Trailerlife forum under DIY Mods.
