Sewer hose storage help on 23B

Ok I have bought the 5" vinyl fence post to be able to fit my rhinoflex sewer hose. I have cut it to length and glued a cap on one end. I have two questions.

1. How do you recommend fastening it to the "c" shape bumper?

2. What methods work best for securing the cap on the end that you need to remove to access the hose?

Any ideas and pics would be much appreciated.

I did what sammy2002 did in the above link. It works great! On each end drill holes on each end cap and use bungee cords to hold them in place.
