Shoe Cupboard
Our Jay Feather 242 has more storage space then many small apartments, but it lacked a place to put your shoes. My wife and I have rather substantial feet so our shoes tend to take up a lot of room and the hard to get to empty space under the Dinnette seat was bugging me, so this is the result.
I didn't want doors on them because this way you can access shoes from both in and out of the trailer.
I trimmed it out with some Cherry Moulding I made (it will darken up with age to better match the Cherry finish of the Cardboard the seat is made from!)
I also made some dividers under the seat and caulked the seams in case wet shoes get in there.
My first RV mod!
