Speakers

Has anyone replaced there inside and outside speakers? How hard and what did you replace them with?

I replaced the 4 inside speakers and it's really easy but you should take one to the store with you because different brands could be a different depth and not fit all the way in.
Make sure you check the wires for +&- side at time of hookup. Two of mine were hooked up back words.
Check the forum site to find out the different brands we have used. I like the way mine sound but their not the best and these were the only ones Best Buy carried in Bellingham.

I replaced mine with some Pioneer speakers but like Tunce said, they sound better but not the best. I suspect a car head unit would give them better sound but we usually drag along a Harmon Kardon bluetooth speaker to listen to music off our phones. The hardest thing about replacing the speakers was getting the old covers off. If yours are not screw-on covers, use a paint can opener to pry the covers off and slip the paint scraper between the opener and the ceiling to keep the opener from damaging the ceiling. The DW hates the black covers on the Pioneers so I may have to take them off and paint them.
