It's definitely a "buy it for life" kind of rack. As CAG says, it's not "rated" for RV use, so one will have to decide if its beefiness will stand up to their particular RV conditions.

I took advantage of the Kuat lifetime warranty a few months ago. (The rack is about 10 years old). The spring in one of the rear tire straps failed, and I broke the hitch-tightening knob (some years ago) by dragging it on a steep driveway (was on my SUV). Kuat sent complimentary replacement parts for both.

A word of caution with buying something that is not rated for a particular use and using it there even with mods to beef it up. No insurance is going to cover what happens when it falls off damages the bikes, damages the trailer and damages and/or injures another vehicle and people in it.

This is very true. We don't know if Kuat tested the NV2.0 behind RVs and found it lacking or just didn't invest in the testing and therefore must consider it "not rated for RV use."

The consumer will have to decide for himself if the NV2.0's build is sufficient for his particular circumstances.

To wit, the NV2.0, while "not rated for RV use", is going to experience less jostling on the bumper of a diesel pusher than it does on the back of my pickup truck as I traverse offroad conditions to get to my favorite mountain biking locations. Yet it is "rated" for my offroad pickup truck use.

Maybe, Maybe not. The Hollywood that I have is rated "off-road" also which is one of the boxes I had in the checked off line before buying. When I talked with Hollywood they stated that the reason some are not rated for RV use, may be rated for coach but not trailer is the shake factor. Both coach and trailer get tremendous up and down motion on the road with trailers getting more. Granted off road, which we do a bunch of can shake more but if you have driven some of out various state highways and I am sure you have, they are worse than some of the two-tracks I have been on lately.

I looked at Hollywood, Swagman, and others and ended getting this one; They offer a 2 or 4 bike version that's RV rated for reasonable cost.
