I think the putty tape was dried out. It takes a few years to do that much rot damaged.

That's an outstanding job.
I've been waiting for an update on this major project.
It's cool to see what's behind the curtain lol
Pretty basic building methods with some special materials.

I may find me a 5ver project in the future not that you've shown what all's involved.

Great work. Thanks for sharing.

Nice work! How do you plan to re join the fiberglass where it was cut on the side?

BTW is that a Timmy's cup I see in the first picture?

Yes that is a Tim Horton cup. It's only 5 minutes away from the trailer. As for the fibreglass it butts up together & then using fibreglasss & epoxy patch it together & sand. You won't see the splice. paint later.

With Fibregalss siding, you won't be able to see a seem when repainted.
