Want to add Exterior TV jack on 213EXP

We are giant football fans so have desire for exterior tv . I recently mounted a quick release mount using exterior speaker hole and that was straight forward and easy. Tonight started to work on adding exterior coax jack “y”off existing tv jack so it would work with campground cable or antennna. I removed microwave and stereo hoping I could snake coax along the inside and downward but the speaker wires run thru roof and couldn’t get it to snake . I am almost ready to use some wire hiding trim like they use for cable management but was wondering if anyone had better ideas.
