2011 Eagle Superlite 298RES

Our 1st outing and loved it! The F150 did quite well getting there.

Wonderful view I'll bet you had a great time. Does the fireplace have a blower as well? If not no big deal..... Enjoy your new camper

That's a nice trailer! Where are you pulling the tt? Do you have to worry about mountains?

Nice trailer. That living room looks kind of familiar.

Wow! What a great site this is! Yes we had a great time on our 1st trip. We went to Terribles Lakside Resort in Pahrump, NV. About an hour west of us. There were a few hills getting there and we hit a 5000' summit on the way. The F150 was cranking at about 3000 to 3500 rpms up the hill so that wasnt too bad.
Yes the fireplace has a blower and even has a timer! In case you get to cozy and fall asleep I guess lol.
The tt dry is 7300 I think. We had full water, propane and 2 batteries plus our gear. Its 29'.

We are going to pull it to Bakersfield this weekend so that will be the big test for the tv on the hill between Vegas and Baker.
Happy Camping All!

Our tt is lighter than yours, but our F-150 did bog down with the trucks ascending the grades. Tow Haul mode worked well though! Tow Haul was especially sweet heading down the other side of the grade as it kept us rolling slow without the constant braking! Let us know how it goes for you

Nice unit, we can't wait to get out in ours. We are flying to Arizona on Saturday for a week, hopefully the weather here will improve to go out. The temps are coming up it just rains and rains............and rains. oh look it is raining outside.

Today was perfect in the upper 70's. Next five days will be in the 80's.
