If our Excursion could tow it safely we would have traded out 33 rlds in and got one. Not going to go in debt for trailer and a newer towing truck. But will admit that the 338 is one beautiful trailer. Congrats

Very nice trailer. The only thing as good as the smell of a new trailer is the smell of a new truck with leather seats to pull that trailer.

Thumbs up

Very, very nice! Sure like the "subway tile" back splashes much better than the wallpaper tile in mine! Enjoy!

New owner

Need some simple answers. Bought new camper but sales guywent through camper details so quick cannot recall everything he said. Ours is 338 rets jayco 2014. On the control panel there is an off and on switch under hot water controls what does it turn on and does the water heater ignite by itself as I saw no control valve near pilot light. I'm gonna call him tomorrow but thought somebody might fill me in this evening

you should have both an electric and gas on/off switch for your hot water. It does self ignite, there may be a few seconds delay but then you should hear it fire up.
