‘89 Jayco Express trailer

Our ‘89 is in great original condition with all the alliances in working order. Even has original Carter Mark IV awning. The canvas is getting brutal but should get us through another year. New tires and added a roof AC yesterday. The previous owner updated the curtains and valances but otherwise everything else is original.

Sweet....If you maintain them they will serve you well.

We had a friend who's STARCRAFT class "C" was almost 30 yrs old and in perfect working order when he sold it. The only reason he did was, he was over 90 and quit camping. He was well maintained too...

That's how they used to make them! Enjoy it as long as you like.

One questioin? Do you know the type of roof material and how it was cared for?

It is definitely a metal roof. The previous owner has put a thin white painted on sealant over entire roof but it’s not rubber. I have some seams and vents to seal. He used Dicor type tape on the front and rear seams but never sealed over the tape.
