I never leave water in the trailer and always drain all the tanks, water heater and lines when the trailer is sitting. At our altitude cold snaps can happen any time, but that's the price we pay for the view.

No wonder when we take our halloween trip in Cape May nj there are so many Canadian neighbors! Come down and enjoy the weather..although Alberta in July is great weather too
