Nice unit! Any idea what is in place of the fireplace if you opt not to have it? Just curious if it's another storage area or what?

I don't know, I think the tv would still be there on a rising mount and maybe a shallow cabinet?

I like the fireplace that sits low like that. Ours goes clear to the ceiling and we lost out on the rear window and the cabinet above it.

Nice rig, we love our 351 with the same basic fp.

The few I have seen w/o the fireplace just have a counter top with additional storage. The television still goes down in the back of the counter top.

We chose not to have a fireplace in our 321 RLTS. In its place, we have shelves with two doors on the front of the cabinet.

The rear of our Whie Hawk 30dsre has both the FP and a 40 tv mounte above it. We found that still have windows on each side of the TV gives us plenty of light and views. Our other thought was that 90% of the time we back into a spot the only thing at the rear of our rig was woods since we back-ins vs. pull thru's.

Ditto Had big window on the back of last rig. View out the window was usually the back of another camper! I love the extra heat the fireplace puts out, and it looks great too!
