That picture was at Tall Pines CG Here on the Eastern Shore and is overlooking the mouth of the Pocomoke River, and the beginning of the Pocomoke Sound which is part of the Chesapeake Bay. This pic was taken in October during a Halloween themed weekend which the kids enjoy each year.
