Sad Picture

Brand new 2016 North Point. Never been used. Got it home from the dealer just in time to winterize it and cover it for the year. Hoping for an early spring.

Wow, that will take more willpower than a diet! Post some pics when you get it uncovered.

Not even cool. Burning up a majority of the first year of warranty just sitting there.

As said, USE IT. Better find your issues now and get them fixed by you, or somebody else. That way when spring does get here, you won't be posting back here with more issues. Glad we never shut down like that.

We camped on the ground "tent" for over 40 years so the "TT" is almost embearising for us as far as weather is concerned. Now we are past retirement and I must admit being off the ground feels real good and the "Tunce" keeps us toasty warm on those real cold nights.

Yeah... I got mine about a month ago... it won't be fully winterized until/unless I see a real threat of an extended sub-zero period. I might blow out the tubes if it starts getting below zero regularly in the evenings.

Here in NW Oregon, real winters are rare, and I intend to use it whenever possible, if nothing else, just to see what breaks!

Use it if you can in the fall. Nice thing about being in the south, we can camp almost year round. The better ( I hope) insulation and thermal Windows and some heat in the tank areas should really make it nicer for us and should extend your camping season also.

North Point is that a new Jayco 5ver model. But yes use it find out what needs repairing before your first real trip. It will make your first trip better. Plus you can schedule to get in in for any repairs sooner. Good luck with your rolling home.

Just picked up our 2016 North Point 377 RLBH last Tuesday (12/15) - already took on a short two night stay at my sister's house near Houston Texas and planning to head to Lake of the Pines next week for 4 nights! We actually slept in it the first night in the driveway! lol I would be crying if we had to cover and wait till spring. Thank goodness we live in East Texas and have mild winters. I plan on using ours every chance I get. Even if its in the driveway! lol I am guessing you live in an area that has harsher winters than us. Hope you get to take many trips in it when spring comes!!
