The RED Tundra in tow mode!!!!

Here is the RED Tundra at a gas station on the way to Ga !!!

I took this pict about a hour after we left the station. I got caught in some nasty weather with a 40 mph headwind & a 7% uphill grade. It was difficult to get this pict but I thought you guys would appreciate it.

So your saying the Tundra pulls well?
I am a Toyota person and was thinking of trading my little Tacoma 4cyl in on a 5.7L V8 Tundra.

How do you like this truck as a TV?

Best regards,
Doug

The RED Tundra in tow mode!!!!

Doug, I just did that trade. Traded my 2012 Tacoma DCSB TRD Sport for a 2013 Tundra. I haven't towed my Jayco yet, but when I hitched her up to replace the trailer jack, the Tundra barely even noticed.

Traded in my Tacoma. Looked at the Tundra and the Ram. Decided on the Ram because the interior and ride were better than the Tundra. I'm sure either truck with the 5.7 are great tow vehicles. Especially when compared the the Tacoma. Don't get me wrong ... the Tacoma is a great truck. Just not built for towing large TT's!

Look at the Titan too.....I looked at them all and ended up with the Titan. They are not selling many of them so they can be had for a great price. I love it.

I love my Tundra. Nice pics. You need to slap some tow mirrors on it lol.

Strong pull - Think they are all 6spd transmissions right? Is there a tow mode? I'm pretty sure you need brake controller though. Definitely on my short list if we can swing a replacement at some point.
