154BH awning lights blue fuse and service not working

We have 2 month old 154BH and are 1 week into a two week trip (trip 5 overall of you count the driveway) and the awning has started to act up. The awning and lights were working fine until we setup at a new location today. I flipped the switch for the exterior lights and heard a pop and the 3 interior lights on the other main switched dimmed. Checking the fuse it was blown, yet the interior lights were still on just very dim. Replacing the first brought the interior light back to normal. Turning those off and trying the exterior lights again yielded the same results. Attempting to extend the awning went about 5 inches and now it won't move, however no fists are blown.

My guess is that something has come loose or gotten pinched and shorted. From the ground with a flashlight I couldn't see anything visually odd. Any suggestions on where to look first in the morning or how to test it?
