yes i'll be checking all of it. in order to get the old floor out, I had to remove all exterior screws on the side mouldings, and others coming up from the bottom. the floor has swelled from 5/8 to about 1 1/4 '' so it doesn't just pull out...all this led me to actually removing the mouldings and putty too. I may still find out that some of this is from plumbing leaks too. before it goes back together i'll connect all the plumbing back together and look for leaks. on the roof I'm tempted to just remove the AC and cut the soft part of the roof like a book and replace the soft part. it seems dry under there now. the roof unfortunately is laminated luan then foam board, then 1/2 '' ply on the inside. so removal of one layer won't be easy.

ecksdude..thanks .the worst part is lying down sideways to scrape the old floor out from under the wall. not much room, and there are no seams in the floor. it has to be carefully cut to not go too deep and hit the metal frame. I think I'm going to use 5/8 ac or pts plywood. once the floor is
in it will be easier I think.....I take that back..65 years old worn out carpenter for 49 years, and still working...nothings really easy haha
